Peptide reconstitution calculator.
Calculate concentration, liquid volume and U-100 unit equivalents from the values you enter. The calculator performs arithmetic only and does not determine or recommend an appropriate dose.
Concentration and volume, without the guesswork.
Enter the amount of material in the vial, the total liquid volume, and a quantity you want to convert. Results update automatically.
- Concentration in mg/mL
- Concentration in mcg/mL
- Equivalent liquid volume in mL
- Equivalent volume on a U-100 scale
This page is a unit-conversion tool. It does not provide peptide-specific dosing, treatment, administration, or suitability advice.
Reconstitution calculator
Use the labelled vial amount and the total liquid volume you are working with.
How the calculation works.
The calculator uses straightforward concentration and unit-conversion formulas.
Calculate concentration
Vial amount ÷ liquid volume = mg/mL.
Example: 10 mg ÷ 2 mL = 5 mg/mL.
Convert the quantity
If entered in micrograms, divide by 1,000 to convert the quantity to milligrams.
Calculate volume
Quantity in mg ÷ concentration = mL. U-100 units are calculated as mL × 100.
10 mg vial + 2 mL liquid.
The resulting concentration is 5 mg/mL, or 5,000 mcg/mL. A user-entered quantity of 250 mcg is 0.25 mg, which corresponds mathematically to 0.05 mL, or 5 U-100 units.
This is a worked arithmetic example only, not a dosing recommendation.
Calculator FAQs.
Common questions about the units and formulas used on this page.
How is peptide concentration calculated?
Divide the amount in milligrams by the total liquid volume in millilitres.
How are micrograms converted to milligrams?
1 mg equals 1,000 mcg. Divide a microgram value by 1,000 to convert it to milligrams.
What do U-100 units mean here?
The calculator uses the U-100 scale strictly as a volume conversion: 100 units correspond to 1 mL, so 1 unit corresponds to 0.01 mL.
Does this calculator recommend a dose?
No. It only converts user-entered values and does not determine an appropriate dose, frequency, treatment, route of administration, or individual use.
